So I guess I left off with me still settling down in Albuquerque... -and I'm still somewhat in the process... -_-; sigh
I did get a job and I admit, I'm extremely relieved (and delighted) that I got the job I wanted. I'm really impressed with the organization that I'm currently working for and just recently got done with their 3-week training course. Arca (the organization that I work for) is very similar to the place that I had previously volunteered at about two months ago.
Meaning, I still work with individuals with physical/ mental disabilities, but on a more extensive level (ex: dealing with health care, hygiene, socialization, feeding, transportation, ect). Not gonna lie, I feel a little intimidated by the whole concept, but I'll be ok... I think.
The training was fun and I got to meet some awesome people there and make some friends. Of course, by the end of week 2 it was just information-overload for me... So now I'm in the process of finding the perfect home for me and see if I can get full-time...!

I also recently just got myself a car and man; does that make a difference! Since I've been here my aunt and her boyfriend have been giving me rides everywhere. I've felt so bad about it...! T__T After getting the car, it was hilarious on how I almost never saw them at that point. lol (I don't have to go through the house to get in, so I don't usually bump into them when I leave or come home.) I think the anticipation and curiosity got too much for them to the point where they were making passive situations in getting me to go through the house so they could make small talk with me. Besides that, I'm just glad I'm no longer a burden on them both. Though, I've been getting lost everyday (that's right, everyday simultaneously) in this cursed city...! Argh, and there are so many drunk and angry (or both) drivers here...! >_<;
